Michael Gray's creative career includes over a decade with DeMoulin as a designer and clinician. His involvement in the visual and pageantry arts spans more than three decades in all visual capacities, from color guard designer and instructor, drill writer and program coordinator. Gray has participated in the highest levels of DCI, WGI and BOA as a designer, instructor, clinician and judge. He has served as the program coordinator for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps, the Ensemble Caption Facilitator for Winter Guard International, and is a current Bands of America and DCI judge. His work as an artist has produced paintings that are collected worldwide and his classes on impressionism and art history are are perennial favorites with aspiring and established artists nationwide. He is represented by 3 galleries and 2 private artists’ representatives. He is currently the visual coordinator for BOA Grand National Finalist, Wando High School Band and is a highly sought consultant for marching bands nationwide. Michael is a resident of Charleston, SC and maintains Studio Michael Gray on Darrell Creek in Mount Pleasant, SC.
